Sage People Compensation Planning works with Sage People Human Capital Management (HCM) to help you set up, manage and complete your periodic reward review process. Compensation Planning focuses on developing a plan for projected spend against budgeted amounts, helping you to ensure awards are correctly targeted and in line with your organization's policies. Plans are completed by Planners - typically those people in your organization with management responsibility for their teams. Sage People Compensation Planning replaces the existing Salary Planning process.
